An extended warranty called the Hiji®Sense Protection Plan is available for purchase with select Hiji®Sense products purchased in the United States from hijisense.com. This plan increases the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years and covers accidental damage. For the full extended warranty policy, see shipping and returns.
For countries that have products available through the hijisense.com store, purchases are covered by our return policy. You can return products purchased from Hiji®Sense for a refund within 45 days of shipment. At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you purchased your Hiji®Sense device or accessory elsewhere, contact the retailer to find out the return policy.
